STRATEGY No. 1-HOW TO PROTECT YOUR HEALTH

Health is the greatest blessing one can have in the world . However, it is threatened by Covid-19. How can you safeguard it ? I provide 5 steps that helped my health. However, you can consult your medical professional if you can follow them.

#1.Protect your health by immunity boosters

If you want to secure your health, I recommend taking immunity boosters created by alternate medicine immediately. Research or contact your medical health practitioner . Plant based supplements of vitamins, minerals and amino acids are an advantage. Good sleep of at least 8 hours, eating God created food like organic vegetables and fruits cannot be underestimated. Sunlight and walking for a minimum of 30 minutes in nature and weight training will also build your immunity.Deep breathing is an absolute must. Stress kills immunity. Avoid stress. Ban sugar in your life as viruses thrive on it. Focus on what you can control, not on what is not in the power of your hands.  These above steps will help you navigate your life successfully.

#2.Protect your health by Working Hybrid

Start working remotely as it is the new norm of the future. Either take a job that allows you to work from home or a few days at office. Working hybrid has a lot of advantages. It gives you work-life balance and ensures that you keep up to the challenging times we face of our health in terms of exercise and skills needed to succeed at the work place. Moreover , you can be compensated better than only a WFH job.

 

#3.Protect your health by water therapy

I cannot overemphasize the importance of having warm water with lemon wedges mixed with honey first thing in the morning . I have been following this ritual for the last 25 years and it has helped me to get rid of toxins and wastes from my body. Hot water with ginger, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon during the day before after meals aids in fighting the viruses according to experts. Warm water with salt gargling kills the  viruses in the throat and steam inhalation destroys the virus in the nostrils according to doctors. I have benefited a lot keeping my body hydrated by having 3 to 4 litres of water daily. Especially water intake is necessary if one is taking vitamin and minerals supplementation. You can keep reminders in your phone to ensure you drink water regularly during the day. 

#4.Protect your health by health check-ups

I have been doing annual health check-ups for the last 25 years. It’s a report card on your health.  I took corrective measures when the report detected borderline issues and it has forewarned me of major diseases that I could develop in the future. After I go for consultation with doctors of alternate  and conventional medicine, I start treatment with alternate medicine. If it doesn’t work, then I take the last of option of western medicine after doing extensive research and selecting my treatment. In conclusion the old adage “Prevention is better than cure” is the best way to protect the greatest asset in your life. Good health to you!

#5.Protect your health by reverse migration

It is time to start reverse migration. Gone are the days when life in the cities is healthy. Since it is now possible to work remotely or online I would recommend you move out to the mountains or your villages.  A smart move will not only protect your health but will also enable you to earn  the same income as in the city. You will live healthier and avoid the stress of a crowded city life thus improving the quality of life. Furthermore, housing, transport, food, and utilities are cheaper in the villages than in the cities, and internet services are available. So plan your move out of the city fast. It is always an advantage of staying with nature and in houses than in flats or apartments. Don’t get emotionally attached to the city. Move out for your family and you will be making one of the greatest moves in your life.

Protect your health no matter what sacrifices you have to make. It is worth it. It is better you have good health in your life than all the riches in the world. Good health to you.
