SMART STRATEGY NO:19 FOR UNPRECENTED TIMES

In our rapidly expanding and fast-paced world, nothing stays the same for too long. In the past, having a single job was adequate to secure a good life and a future. However, due to inflation, war, and food shortages, things are changing quickly and the need for new skills is now even greater. In particular, given the rising rate of unemployment even in developed countries, having new skills increases employment prospects and lowers the critical unemployment rate. Even in industrialized nations, gaining new skills boosts employment opportunities and reduces crime rates because it makes little sense for people to commit crimes if they have well-paying jobs, but not everyone wants to master highly technical abilities from start.

In this blog post, we’ll look at high impact abilities you can acquire on your own. Fortunately, there are many high impact skills you can master regardless of how well prepared you are.

#1.Writing and Story Telling

When was the last time you didn’t have to write something in a message, an email, or a description in a Tweet? Most people don’t plan to sell novels or anything, so why would you pick this up? Well, we’ll tell you why it has immense leverage. You’re communicating with people every day. For a second, try to recall when you didn’t have to write something in a message, an email, or a description in a Tweet. People have made entire careers writing Twitter. When you write every day, you effectively imprison your ideas into the paper, which has enormous benefits for your mental health and helps you see things as they really are. The way to become a good writer is to first be a bad writer and then make a second manuscript pretending you knew what you were doing all along. When you write every day, you essentially trap your thoughts into the physical plane that is a superpower. So how do you learn this skill? Just start writing every day. Open up a google doc and write whatever crosses your mind every morning.

Storytelling

Storytelling is one of the most important aspects of everything we do, so it makes sense that it would come after writing because they are somewhat similar. Advertisers, marketers, entertainers, teachers, and writers all use storytelling to some extent, making it a crucial skill to possess. However, storytelling involves much more than just communicating your point in an easily understood manner. Good storytelling may even enable you to win more friends and be more outgoing and confident, and it doesn’t take much to learn. Mastering certain essential storytelling skills can allow you to become a more confident author, public speaker, teacher, or even a dinner party attendee.

#2. People management and connecting with people

People management and connecting with people

Do you consider yourself a genius when it comes to organizing and managing people for certain occasions? Well, this might seem like a pretty normal skill, but it’s a life-changing skill that could earn you a lot of money. Human management is considered to be an in-demand skill in today’s world. To best hone these skills, put yourself in more positions where you have to work with more people, and you’ll become even better in no time.

Connecting with people

We have a close buddy who always seems to know at least one person from any room you might put them in. His ability to connect with people is amazing, and he has used it to create large events from nothing by finding the appropriate people to fill in the blanks and open many doors.

It’s more vital to be able to interact with others and be open to diverse ideas and worldviews than it is to be famous or important.

Connecting people can become a business in and of itself, and anyone can learn how to do it.

#3. Podcasting and Public Speaking

Podcasting

As it turns out, people don’t have trouble tuning into long-form content, podcasting is making a tremendous comeback. We bet many of you listen to at least one podcast each week.

Imagine having your own radio station that you have complete control over. It’s also really simple to set up, so combine this ability with connecting people, and you’re on the right track.

Public Speaking

The reason why the majority of people are frightened of public speaking is because their fear of embarrassment outweighs all other emotions is because there are millions of public speakers, and the most of them don’t have anything fascinating to say but they nevertheless seem to earn a livelihood from it. Many people even rank their dread of public speaking, which affects 73% of the population, higher than their fear of spiders or even death. If you get

When you look at it this way, it’s very obvious that having this skill gives you an advantage over 73% of the people on the planet. Can you talk to two pals at once? How about 5,20, 100 progressively increasing this number and the reluctance to public speaking will no longer exist.

#4.Video Editing and Graphic Design

Video-Editing

Every minute, 500 hours of videos are uploaded to YouTube from all over the world. As a result, learning video editing and filmmaking is one of the most profitable things you can do right now. Storytelling is crucial when creating content and videos.

Video editing could be the right fit for you if you’ve always been interested by videos and the process that goes into creating them. Since videos can tell tales more effectively than photos and words, more people and companies are making them these days.

Graphic design

Building a foundation in colour layout, typography, and other design-related skills is possible with the help of the many introductory and advanced graphic design courses that are offered online. Graphic design entails producing logos, banners, and other graphic arts for websites and social media accounts. It is regarded as a skill in high demand. Additionally, I should mention that graphic design is really simple to master and doesn’t require a lot of technical expertise.

#5.Learning a new language and Teaching

Fortunately, though, translators may help to remove that barrier and make communication processes simpler since not everyone knows English or your country’s language. The emergence of globalism has spurred a spike in international trade.

Having fluency in various languages can open up many doors and Italian, French, Chinese, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic are some of the most beneficial and successful languages to learn.

Teaching

There is a widespread misconception about teaching; we tend to think that anyone with a skill can pass it on to others, but this is untrue. Teaching is a special ability that takes months to acquire, and since humans will always make mistakes, it will never be easy.

Teachers will always be in demand as people seek information. We hope one of the talents on our list resonates with you and that you are learning more about it. We would love to see how quickly you can become an expert in that skill.

In conclusion,

Future  obstacles will only become more challenging. Things will get worse.
